The terms, plainly: one payment for the life of the product, with fair use and the limits above, which reset each month. Building and editing your assistant use a lighter AI model than the monthly plans. Your customers' typed conversations use the same model as every plan, and voice is the standard voice, as on Starter. Not for you? A full refund within 30 days. To ask for the full refund, reply to your purchase email or write to clio@new-odyssey.com within 30 days of buying. You can move to a monthly plan for more at any time and keep the license for when you stop.
What does the lifetime license include?
One payment of $149 for the life of the product: 1 live assistant, 2 people, up to 500 typed conversations a month and 15 voice minutes a month (about 10 short voice conversations, tests included), with no extra minutes. It suits a website that gets mostly typed questions; for more voice, add a monthly plan and keep the license for when you stop. Building and editing your assistant use a lighter AI model than the monthly plans. Your customers' typed conversations use the same model as every plan, and voice is the standard voice, as on Starter. Not for you? A full refund within 30 days.
On monthly plans and the Sandbox, minutes cover test and live conversations, and each typed reply counts as 15 seconds (lifetime typed conversations don't use minutes). After your included minutes, it's $0.24 a minute, billed by the second, up to a cap you set. New accounts start with a 100-minute cap, and you can set it to zero to stop at your included minutes. You get an alert at 80% and 100%. Prices are in US dollars.
