Features

Everything Onda does

Everything below is built. Features still in early access carry a tag.

What it will do

  • Answer inquiries on your website and a link you share, by voice or typed, from information you've approved
  • Say “I don't know” and offer to take a message
  • Take booking requests for you to confirm
  • Book into Calendly, Cal.com or Google Calendar (through Bookara), confirmed only once it's in your calendarEarly access
  • Say it's an AI assistant and that the conversation is transcribed, and get agreement first
  • Stop and listen when interrupted

What it won't do

  • Guess a price, a time, availability or a policy
  • Book a time your calendar doesn't show as free
  • Use any information you haven't approved
  • Make promises it can't back up. A check guards its replies.
  • Talk for more than 10 minutes in one conversation

What it hands to you

  • Anything urgent or unsafe, by email at once, marked urgent with what's wrong and who to call
  • Anyone who asks for a person, as a callback request, and questions it can't answer

Setting it up

  • Describe your business in your own words, or start from one of 15 industry templates (plumbing, HVAC, salons, restaurants, real estate, legal intake and more), or one shared in the template marketplace.
  • Add what it should know: paste text, upload documents or point it at pages of your website. Nothing is used until you approve it.
  • Talk to it in your browser and hear exactly what customers will hear.
  • Set the rules: what it may say, what it must never promise, and when to alert you.
  • Approve the wording: edit and approve the confirmation text, the confirmation email and the urgent owner alert, with live examples. Nothing goes out until it's approved, and any edit needs approving again.
  • Change it by chat or voice: type or say what to change, see the full list of changes, then save or discard. Going live shows what you're approving before a new version reaches customers.
  • Connect your calendar and CRM: Calendly, Cal.com or Google Calendar (through Bookara) for bookings, and HubSpot for new contacts.Early access
  • Add it to your website and share the link: a “Talk to us” button for your site, and a link for your Google Business Profile, email signature and social bios.
  • Approve and go live. Pause it any time.

Where customers reach it

  • Your website A “Talk to us” button where customers talk or type in their browser, with no app and no account.
  • A link you can share On your Google Business Profile, in your email signature or in your social bios.

As you grow

  • Every location One assistant per location, each with its own hours, services and calendar, managed from one account.
  • What customers want Analytics show why people get in touch, the opportunities you missed, the questions it couldn't answer and your busiest hours, so you know what to fix next.
  • Consent and retention Every conversation starts with a notice that it's an AI assistant and that it's transcribed, and people agree before it starts. Audio is never recorded, and you choose how long transcripts are kept.
