What it does today
- Answers on your website's "Talk to us" button and a shared link, by voice or typed, from the information you've approved.
- Takes booking requests you confirm, or books into Calendly, Cal.com or Google Calendar (through Bookara) in early access.
- Emails you at once with details and the transcript for anything urgent, and when anyone asks for a person.
What it won't do
- Guess a price, a time or availability: if it doesn't know, it says so and offers to take a message.
- Answer your phone line yet: phone answering is coming soon.
- Act as an emergency service.
Trust
People are always told they're talking to an AI, and that the conversation is transcribed, before it starts. Audio is never recorded, and you choose how long transcripts are kept.
