What's new in Onda

Improvements that shipped in Onda, newest first. Only changes a customer can see are listed, each with the date it went live.

Changes

  1. Housecall Pro connection in early access

A job you confirm can go straight into Housecall Pro with the customer, address and time, matched to an existing customer. Jobber and ServiceTitan are built and wait on each vendor's approval.

  2. Books the job, and estimates from photos

An assistant with Jobs switched on qualifies the job by your rules, offers real times from a connected calendar and holds them for you to confirm. A customer's photo can get a rough range, only from your own price table.

  3. Emergency detection with email alerts

When a customer describes a gas smell, a fire or someone hurt, in any of six languages, Onda gives the safety instruction first and emails you at once with how to reach them.

  4. Email follow-ups and a morning briefing

Onda follows up by email on unfinished inquiries, estimates and appointments with the customer's consent, sends you a morning briefing, and suggests changes learned from outcomes for you to approve.

  5. Jobs and photos in your data export

The workspace export now lists jobs and photo metadata, with signed links to the photos that expire.
